New Bracken House

PCMS worked alongside Skanska to deliver the coordinated MEP model and installation layouts for New Bracken House. This project was a Grade II listed building, bringing its unique set of challenges, with trying to build modern services into a complex architecture. We assisted with both the CAT A and CAT B portions of the fit-out, including all plant-rooms, risers cores and underfloor service voids. This particular project was managed through the BIM 360 Collaboration software, allowing site and office teams to resolve coordination issues in the most efficient manor.
