Revit & BIM
Autodesk Revit is a complete design solution package, built with Building Information Modelling (BIM) in mind. Revit allows for collaboration from all teams on a given project, ranging from the architect right through to site engineers. Its powerful tools allow for a great detail of asset data input, making it the best choice for any Government backed schemes or specific BIM Projects. Cloud sharing means that teams can be kept as up to date as possible with all aspects of coordination, whilst the model develops.
AECOsim & Microstation
Powerful digital design tools that are often used as a BIM solution within the rail industry. Easily integrates multiple file formats, meaning it is great for projects of all sizes. PCMS have access to the full Bentley Design Suite which also covers design environment reviews as well as building performance benchmarks.
AutoCAD & FabricationMEP
AutoCAD is computer-aided design (CAD) software that architects, engineers and construction professionals rely on to create precise 2D and 3D drawings. Its main purpose is for 2D drafting, drawing and annotation. Although less common in todays modern market, it still represents an industry standard and is often used as an export format file (.DWG).
Inventor & 3D Modelling
Inventor CAD software provides professional-grade 3D mechanical design, documentation and product simulation tools. Providing efficiency with a powerful blend of parametric, direct, freeform and rules-based design abilities. PCMS operate with inventor for part based modelling of components for clients, exporting high quality renders for product images.
Project & Commissioning Management
PCMS have experience in all forms of BIM project management, from concept stage through to handover. This includes extensive use of Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Viewpoint 4 Projects, Building Collaborator, A-site, Projectwise and many more. We also have provide commissioning management solutions, including water treatment as well as hands on testing and balancing.
