Harcourt & Apex House

Working alongside Ant Yapi to deliver their first UK Project at Harcourt & Apex. Harcourt House is a prestigious Grade II listed building in central London, in which we provided coordinated MEP services for its conversion to luxury apartments. This was a project completed using AutoCAD to suit the clients requirements, with the main living areas being completed in 2D with detailed section views. The plant room coordination was carried out in 3D due to its intricacies. We progressed this project through to as-built, and now are accountable for the teams commissioning of both Harcourt & Apex buildings.
